How much does it cost?
Plans start at ₹ 1,499 a year (GST extra), and every plan begins with a 14-day free trial. Each industry has its own plans on the pricing page.
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. Sign up, pick your industry and use every feature of your plan for 14 days. Upgrade only when you are ready.
Can I use it in Hindi or Marathi?
Yes. Total Bill works in English, Hindi and Marathi. Each person picks their own language, and bills can print in Hindi or Marathi too.
What happens after the trial?
Your data stays. Choose a plan to keep making bills. Until then you can still log in, see your data and export it.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Total Bill runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. On a phone or tablet you can scan barcodes with the camera.
Do I need internet?
Yes, Total Bill works online, so your phone or computer needs internet. The restaurant POS app is the exception: it keeps billing without internet and syncs when the connection is back.
Is my data safe?
Your data travels over an encrypted connection, each business can only see its own records, and backups run every day. You can download a full copy of your data any time.
Is it ready for GST?
Yes. Tax invoices, credit notes, e-way bill and e-invoice data, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B summaries, HSN summary and Tally export are built in.
Which printers can I use?
Normal A4 and A5 printers, and 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printers at the counter.
Can my staff use it without seeing everything?
Yes. Give each person a role such as cashier or accountant, or make your own, and limit staff to their shop.
