How Total Bill handles personal data in Total Bill.

What we collect

Account details (name, mobile, email, business name, GSTIN, address), the business records you enter (products, customers, suppliers, bills, payments), and technical data such as IP address and login times. Demo requests store the details you type into the form.

Why we use it

To run your account, print and share your documents, prepare your reports, take subscription payments, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.

Who we share it with

Only service providers we need to run Total Bill: hosting, email delivery, and the payment gateway (Razorpay) for subscription payments. If you turn on an add-on such as WhatsApp or e-invoice, the data needed for it is sent to that provider on your instruction.

Your customers' data

For customer and supplier details you enter, you decide what is stored and why; we process it only to provide the service to you.

Security and retention

Data is sent over encrypted connections, passwords are stored hashed, and each business can only see its own records. We keep data while your account is open and delete it within a reasonable period after you close it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices

You can view, correct and export your data in the app. To close your account or ask about your data, write to support@totalbill.in.
