- You agree to use TotalBill’s ERP software solely for lawful business purposes in India, adhering to local regulations like the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, 2017, and other applicable Indian laws.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any financial reporting and tax obligations, including accurate GST returns generated using our software.
5. Privacy Policy and Data Protection
Your registration and use of our services are subject to our Privacy Policy, which aligns with the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, and related data protection rules. We follow standard practices to secure personal and financial data. By registering, you consent to data processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. License, Intellectual Property, and Restrictions

TotalBill is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our ERP software. Users assume all risks associated with the software’s performance, accuracy, and compliance with Indian tax laws, including the GST Act.

You agree to indemnify and hold TotalBill harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions or your misuse of our services. You are responsible for ensuring that your business complies with all Indian legal and regulatory requirements.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
